BB Branded Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with BB Branded. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our updated policy below to understand your return and exchange options.
🔁 Returns Accepted Within 14 Days
Customers may request a return within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be:

Unused, unworn, and in resellable condition

In original packaging with tags still attached

Not marked as Final Sale or Clearance
🔄 Return & Exchange Options
Option 1: Return for Store Credit
If you'd like to exchange your item using store credit:

Submit your return through our
Returns Portal. -
Ship the item back to us following the return instructions .

Once we receive and verify that the item is in new, unworn, and resellable condition, we will issue a store credit for the value of the item (excluding shipping).

You can then use that store credit to repurchase the correct size, a different item, or anything else at bbbranded.com.
No restocking fee applies for store credit returns.
Option 2: Exchange Now – Refund Later
Need the new item right away?

Place a new order immediately at bbbranded.com.

Submit your return using our
Returns Portal. -
Once your original item is received and approved, we’ll issue a full refund (no restocking fee).
Option 3: Return for Refund

A 20% restocking fee applies.

Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the item is inspected and approved.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus the restocking fee and any shipping costs.
Why a restocking fee?
It helps cover inspection, handling, and reintegration into inventory.
📦 Shipping Instructions
Please return your item using a trackable courier service of your choice. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All items must be in unworn condition, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
If you're returning footwear, do not place the shipping label directly on the shoebox. The shoebox must be placed inside an additional protective box or shipping bag. Shoeboxes returned with tape, labels, or damage may result in the return being refused or denied credit/refund.

so we can confirm the return and begin processing it.
Include your order number and reason for return or exchange inside the package.

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return or exchange.
🚫 Order Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your order after it has been processed, a non-refundable cancellation fee will apply to cover payment processing costs.
